Refund Policy

Simple rules, no fine print.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. “Unused” means none of the pack’s credits have been spent.

Unlimited

Cancel anytime in the app (account menu → Manage subscription). Unlimited keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund partial months.

Lifetime

Lifetime can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you’ve exported fewer than 3 designs with it.

How to ask

Email hello@reefcad.com from the address on your account with roughly when you bought it. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

• A refunded pack’s credits are removed from your balance.
• A refunded Lifetime plan ends.
• Designs you already exported stay yours, re-downloads included.
